Keatrice Robertson

Keatrice is a New York City native, born and raised in Queens. After completing her degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Hampton University in 2011, she launched a career in retail management. In this experience, she managed all facets of a multimillion-dollar retail operation, including customer experience, employee training and development, and driving the company’s brand while matching the needs of customers. Keatrice has taken her unique experience of providing consistent service in the nimble world of retail and streamlined it to achieve success in real estate. Her skillset serves a natural ability to cultivate relationships. She collaborates with her clients, educating home buyers and sellers through the process and leading negotiations with professionalism and attention to detail, but not without compassion and authenticity.

Keatrice uses a keen eye for the city’s diverse offerings to find the optimal home for her clients. Additionally, she deploys creative and insight-driven strategies to market listings for sellers. Her expert knowledge of the Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan markets has helped to close transactions in every borough in her initial year of business . Keatrice anticipates the needs of her clients by staying abreast to neighborhood changes and industry trends and constantly expanding her network and resources to allow her to be an expert communicator and educator throughout the process. This willingness to adapt and keep growing has allowed her to turn goals into reality and bring peace of mind to her clients.

Outside of work, Keatrice enjoys staying active through cycling, yoga, and running. She is passionate about leadership and mentorship programs in the city, serving as a volunteer for Big Brother Big Sister NYC and Bigs United. Keatrice is driven by a desire to lead others to a brighter future. She appreciates that in every journey, there is always a trusting hand.
